Refund policy


In case you are not satisfied with our products, please write to us at

  • True leaves should be notified of damaged product within 3 days of receiving it via email to nsagriventures@gmail.com
  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, Outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced. 
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution. We will be unable to accept a refund request. 
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter. 
  • Please make an unboxing video of the package you receive to claim any physical damage or missing product. Make sure to record the video before opening the courier seal, so that it shows the true status of the products.Returns/exchanges on claims of damage or defective products will only be accepted with the valid video proof. 
  • We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma.
